Sealed Bid For 2008 Trailer

Fort Calhoun Fire and Rescue is accepting sealed bids for the following;

2008 - 16’ H&H Enclosed Trailer.

This trailer was purchased new by the department and has had very limited use. It has always been stored inside the climate controlled fire station when not in use.

Bids must be in writing, clear and legible, and contain the name, address, and phone number of the bidder, as well as your offer. Bids must be received by Fort Calhoun Fire and Rescue no later than 5PM central time, Wednesday December 1st, 2021. Bids will be opened at the regular meeting of the executive board the evening of Wednesday December 1st and winner(s) will be notified the following day.

Fort Calhoun Fire & Rescue lettering will be removed prior to delivery.

Inspection appointments can be scheduled via email at fcfdfire@hotmail.com. This email is only checked once daily, response may be delayed. Please include a contact number in your correspondence.

Fort Calhoun Fire and Rescue warrants that there are no liens or encumbrances on the goods sold, and that the title to the goods is clear and marketable.

Fort Calhoun Fire and Rescue reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at its sole discretion.

By bidding the buyer acknowledges examining the goods sold herein. The goods sold herein are used and sold "as is", "where is", "with all faults", and that no warranties are expressed or implied.

Bidders are responsible for assessing actual current condition of the item through personal inspection and/or careful review of the description, picture(s), and/or supporting documentation. 

Every Bidder agrees that by placing a bid and the amount that they bid, has been based solely on their own independent inspection and evaluation of the item.
